The Bradley nears completion in Wynwood & will soon add hundreds more residents to the neighborhood

Get ready for several hundred more residents to move to Wynwood.

The Bradley, an apartment building with 175 units, is nearing completion, new photos show.

The facade of the building  is being covered with art murals to match the rest of the neighborhood.

At the ground floor, 32,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space is being built. A parking garage with 233 spaces has also been completed.

Prices will start in the $1400s, and most units will price below $2,000 in rent per month. Apartment sizes will range from 480 to 1,000 square feet, and residents will have access to a high level of amenities.

Arquitectonica is the architect, with interiors by Kravitz Design (founded by Lenny Kravitz).
